This program is aiming to reach out to all teenagers to come down and experience what it is like to train with gym equipment. Training 1 hour, 2-3 days a week teenagers can improve their own cardiovascular training for sports, start to learn the basics of weights while having fun. With a qualified trainer observing and ensuring correct technique there is no worry as we ensure safety comes first.
