Extreme55 is a pre-choreographed toning workout that focuses primarily on squats and lunges. We also use free weights on our upper body.

TopRide is fantastic class for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. A fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout kills calories in record time. Powerful music provides a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that will push you to your limits! You finish the class feeling de-stressed and invigorated.

Fight Do is a martial arts style workout where participants execute arm and leg movements in boxing and kicking routines.

 

 

 

Class Descriptions

PowerFit is a class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to music.  It’s simple, but effective and increases metabolism & fat burning ability.  A fantastic muscle toning and conditioning workout.   Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Viva is an older adults class. It is a  combination of  strength training, floor exercises and low impact aerobics.  All class members are encouraged to exercise at a rate that is comfortable for them.

Oxigeno is a dynamic, fitness-to-music program for the mind and body leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed. This class combines the best of eastern disciplines like yoga and tai chi with popular new methods such as pilates. This class invigorates and tones, releasing tight, tense muscles through controlled breathing, series of stretches and moves designed to bring a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Kimax is simple so that you can work to your full capacity; you will burn calories fast, as well as strengthen and sculpt your body. By using the freestanding bag you will participate in various rounds of Boxing, Muay Thai, cardio and kickboxing. Each round has been structured to consider co-ordination and fitness levels.
Kimax can work on the principle of 2-4 people a bag, which gives you that ultimate feeling of adrenaline and excitement. Kimax is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Strength for Life is a program designed by COTA, which aims to increase the range and quality of strength training opportunities for older people. By working in partnership with fitness, health and community centers we have been able to develop and provide a safe, welcoming, and effective strength training program for older people. The program is fun, designed specifically for seniors and the company will make the class all the more enjoyable. You are NEVER too old to benefit from the Strength for Life program.

Boxing is a cardio blast that packs a punch. Comprising of boxing moves utulising focus mitts and pads. Great strength & cardio workout that everyone can do and have fun with.

Yoga is a relaxing class aimed at increasing your flexibility, whilst improving circulation, range of motion of muscles & posture.

Fit ball is a low intensity class aimed at improving core stability, balance and overall body strength utulising fit balls.

Pilates is a low intensity class aiming at improving core strength, stability, back care & flexibility.
