The greater Victor Harbor community, has a wide range of fitness requirements, and so we have designed, and continue to adapt, a diverse range of classes to meet these needs. These classes are described below, but please feel free to contact us for further information and suitability to meet your health and fitness goals.

Studio Based Group Fitness

All classes except Top Ride and Express Circuit, are activities of 60 minutes duration.

Power Fit

Power Fit - is a class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to music. It’s simple, but effective and increases metabolism & fat burning ability. A fantastic muscle toning and conditioning workout. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Step - aerobic based class using simple step moves. Fantastic work out to increase fitness and tone lower body. Suitable for most levels of fitness.
Cardio Blast

Cardio Blast - a Hi Lo Aerobic class 96 a classic suitable for all who want to have fun, get fit or maintain their fitness level.
Define

Define - a low impact sculpting class using equipment such as dyna bands and hand weights with some aerobic moves. Tones and increases strength and fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.
X-train Step

X-train Step - a Cross Training circuit style class incorporating step, weights and moves to get your pulse jumping. Increase your fitness and agility. Suitable for all fitness levels as each person works at their own pace.
Express Circuit

Express Circuit is a circuit class designed to give you a resistance and cardio workout for the whole body in 30 mins.
Strength and Wellness

Strength and Wellness - is a program designed to increase the range and quality of strength training opportunities for older people. By working in partnership with fitness, health and community centers we have been able to develop and provide a safe, welcoming, and effective strength training program for older people. The program is fun, designed specifically for seniors and the company will make the class all the more enjoyable. You are NEVER too old to benefit from the Strength and Wellness Program.

X55 is a pre-choreographed toning workout that focuses primarily on squats and lunges. We also use free weights on our upper body.
Fight Do

Fight Do is a martial arts style workout where participants execute arm and leg movements in boxing and kicking routines.
Fit Ball

Kimax

Kimax is simple so that you can work to your full capacity. You will burn calories fast as well as strengthen and sculpt your body. By using the freestanding bag you will participate in various rounds of boxing, Muay Thai, cardio and kickboxing. Each round has been structured to consider co-ordination and fitness levels. Kimax can work on the principle of 2-4 people a bag, which gives you the ultimate feeling of adrenaline and excitement. Kimax is suitable for all levels of fitness.
Pilates

Pilates is a low intensity class aiming at improving core strength, stability, back care & flexibility.
Yoga

Yoga is a relaxing class aimed at increasing your flexibility, whilst improving circulation, range of motion of muscles and posture.
Oxigeno

Oxigeno - is a dynamic fitness to music program for the mind and body leaving you feeling relaxed and renewed. This class combines the best of Eastern disciplines like yoga and tai chi with popular new methods such as pilates. The class invigorates and tones, releasing tight tense muscles through controlled breathing and a series of stretches and moves designed to bring a sense of calm and well-being.
Viva
viva_100x64 Viva is an older adult lower intensity aerobics class, great for the heart. It is a combination of strength training, floor exercises and low impact aerobics. All class members are encouraged to exercise at a rate that is comfortable for them.
Top Ride

Top Ride® is a fantastic class for shaping and toning your lower body and will dramatically increase your fitness levels. A fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout kills calories in record time. Powerful music provides a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that will push you to your limits!
